What is APA?

APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is a prepaid fund usually amounting to 20–30% of the total rental price.

This fund covers:

Fuel expenses
Food & beverage purchases
Port/marina fees outside the main marina
Special requests (extra water toys, transfers, etc.)

At the end of the tour, the captain presents a detailed expense report to the guests.
