Göcek Bays (1 Week)

Tour Route

Day 1 – Göcek

On the first day of the Blue Cruise, a “Welcome Cocktail” session is held accompanied by the yacht and crew. We first head to Göcek harbor where we have dinner and spend the night.

Göcek is a natural harbor located at the far end of the Fethiye Gulf, just a half-hour from Dalaman International Airport. From the hills of Göcek, you can see 12 islands and the beautiful bays of the gulf. Popular with tourists, Göcek mainly attracts visitors through its harbor, which has recently become a favorite among many yacht enthusiasts. Göcek harbor is an important marina for Turkey and the world. Our visit aims to admire the famous and large yachts docked here. After exploring the boats, we will walk around the marina. Göcek is an ideal tourism center surrounded by bars and restaurants.

Day 2 – Boynuz Bükü, Kille Bükü

In Boynuzbükü, there is a wooden pontoon placed inside the bay for mooring your yacht. Much of the bay is covered by walnut trees, and you can enjoy a long walk to explore the area. Various plant and animal species can be found here.

Kille is a beautiful bay famous for its pine trees where you can easily get lost. You will also see church stones and other important rocks in the bay.

Day 3 – Bedri Rahmi Bay, Sarsala Bay

Bedri Rahmi Bay was formerly known as “Taşyaka” or “Hidden Bay.” The name was later changed to honor famous Turkish writer Bedri Rahmi Eyüboğlu, who painted a fish on a rock here, which still greets visitors today. Locals also call it “Fish Rock.” The bay offers good shelter from the wind and features natural beauty and historical structures. Visitors are especially drawn by its beaches and oleander flowers.

Sarsala Bay has a long stony shoreline surrounded by pine trees and is a popular stop for Blue Cruise travelers. It is ideal for both visiting and overnight stays.

Day 4 – Yavansu Bay, Kuyucak Bay, Monastery

In the southwest of the bay is an underwater historical bath, sometimes called Cleopatra’s Bath but officially known as “Sunken Bath.” Looking uphill, you will see a crater lake with channels flowing down to the bay. Yavansu Bay is rich in pine trees and some carob trees. To the northeast, you will encounter ancient walls and small historical buildings. Nearby is the ancient city of Lydae, reachable by a 1.5-hour hike.

Day 5 – Göbün Bay, Kocabük

Göbün Bay has a narrow entrance surrounded by olive and pine trees. Upon entering, ancient tombs and ruins appear. We head to Göbün Island for lunch, then proceed to Kocabük for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6 – Domuz Island, Tersane Island

Domuz Island is named after its abundant wild boars, but legend says it was formerly called Prince Island after a prince who lived there. You can find many underwater settlements and channels here.

Tersane Island is one of the largest islands in Fethiye Bay. It is actively used in summer and offers sheltered anchorage. The island was historically called “Telandria.”

Day 7 – Olive Island, Yassıca Island, Kızıl Island

Yassıca Island lies south of Olive Island and is covered with olive trees. It is privately owned and features an old Ottoman olive oil factory. Since yachting is limited here, most yachts anchor in nearby Göcek. Yassıca is known as one of Antalya’s most romantic spots, perfect for couples and water sports enthusiasts. The island is well protected and shallow.

Kızıl Island gets its name from the reddish glow cast on its rocks at sunset. It features an excellent and deep diving spot on the southwest side. After visiting, we return to Göcek.

Day 8 – Göcek

On the final day, after a nice breakfast, the tour concludes around 10:30 AM.
